You can link your dropbox, google drive accounts to backup all notes in PDF format that becomes very handy when you want to draw some stuff and open in your computer very quickly. Tap on the bookmark icon that appears above the page. I like Notability app because itвЂ™s very simple and plain app with few extra features that I like. Open the file you want to work with within the Notability app. I started this back-transformation with using more and more moleskines than taking notes on my phone. I love the output feels truely non-techy creation but it is in fact a digital creation. In settings>iCloud>manage storage>Backups>My iPad, I could see Notability. I had turned off auto backup from the app itself so half of the notes were not saved on iCloud, however they were saved on the iPad, which was backed up on iCloud. New users can purchase Notability for the discounted price of 3.99 for a limited time (regularly 8.99 ), and enjoy the Notability experience on their Mac, iPad and iPhone for a single purchase. My use cases are still a lot of ideation, super low fidelity wireframing, some planning work. Overall, Notability is an extremely versatile app which can be used for more than just taking notes. After the reinstall the app would open, but ALL of my old documents saved on Notability were wiped clean. Notability is the one app that IвЂ™m feeling very comfortable to draw and create stuff with it. Unfortunately IвЂ™m still seeing many of the drawing and note taking apps are having the lag it had from 60 refresh rate old screen.

With the software support and not being paranoid about hand touching screen while writing or drawing, it definitely gets very close to the real thing.

With the latest iPad Pro 10вЂќ version, with screen refresh rate going much faster, now you can definitely feel itвЂ™s very very close. There is only one thing youвЂ™re looking at a pencil, and that is the feeling has to be real because youвЂ™re dragging a pointer on a virtual paper. The first release wasnвЂ™t necessarily laggy but you can definitely feel itвЂ™s tech side of it. But I can totally understand itвЂ™s value from the educational standpoint вЂ“ not art (at least not yet). This app is most well-known for its unique audio syncing features, which allow you to record audio and sync it with handwritten notes while you write. And IвЂ™ve used Apple Pencil from itвЂ™s first debut but wasnвЂ™t convinced and also rejected the new gadget because it wasnвЂ™t Steve Jobs way. With thousands of positive reviews, Notability has certainly proven its worth to notetakers over the years. I owned pretty much all iPad models and versions from the very first release (I got a limited edition back then). The reason that styluses werenвЂ™t compelling is because they were laggy and never felt great to draw on screen.Д®ven with Apple pencil, it is still not great. Closest thing was WacomвЂ™s Cintiq and that was a giant monitor.

I was very skeptical about styluses for many years, especially over a screen.
